What are the basic house rules?
- You will be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
- Take a light bath in the outdoor shower before entering the pool.
- Apply sunscreen at least half an hour before entering the pool.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Self-check-in is available with building staff.
What is the payment process for the reservation?
- If you pay by bank transfer, a 50% deposit is required to reserve and the remaining 50% upon check-in.
- If you pay through Airbnb, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required, with the amount depending on the number of people. This deposit is refundable as long as there is no damage to the property.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed during your stay, but only outdoors.
Is smoking allowed inside the house?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the house.
What additional rules should I follow?

- Turn off all appliances and lights, including air conditioners.

- Leave the establishment clean: floors clean, dishes washed and put away.
- Clean all green areas.
- Leave the hammock area and pool clean.
What bathroom supplies are provided?
- Toilet paper not included
- Towels are not included for hygiene reasons
What is provided in the rooms?
- Rooms include essentials like bed linens. Please keep them in good condition.
Are there any restrictions for events?
- Yes, during events, it is not allowed to nail objects or use masking tape on walls, ceilings, or columns to maintain the integrity of the facilities.
Are fireworks allowed on the premises?
- No, fireworks are strictly prohibited to prevent fires.
